Subject: Signing of proposal for repairing work of roof slab and painting work of ground floor inner all rooms only in/c all building attached ornament like door, window etc. at mention above house.
Value: Total estimated and permitted Cost = 1,00,000 ( Taka one lac only )
Roof slab:-
01. Clean and chipping the top surface of the roof slab very finely.
02. Provide a damp proof very liquid fine coating by Treacle, Turmeric, Garlic, Fenugreek etc.
03. Provide grouting coat with cement & water (1:2)
04. Provide finishing work of very keeping clean surface by plastering work with only washed sylhet sand with best quality Bangladeshi cement (1:3) and then neat cement finishing (NCF) at then & then.
05. Minimum 14 day continuous curies work with your simple help.
Painting Works:-
We will clean the surface properly then provide two coats enamel/ distemper/ plastic/ luxury or any other good quality paint as like as owner of the house.
Any damp walls or ceilings:-
It will be done to near like repairing of roof slab work.
Goods supply by owner if any:-
All kinds human help, all the valuable building material (hardware) like bricks, tower bolt, wire, light fittings or any other hardware goods.
Contractor will be supply :
01.All kinds of manpower,
02. Cement,
03. Sand,
04 Primary tools,
05. All painting goods etc.
Mode of payment:-
Payment make will be in three part.
1st part—50,000 (starting day of work)
2nd part—25,000 (After finishing the roof slab work)
3rd part—25,000(after complete the work)
Sign of first party(contractor) Sign of 2nd party( House owner)
